Career counselling
Discover your interests, recognise your strengths, and make more informed choices about study, work, and what comes next.
A space to be heard, understood, and supported. Thoughtful counselling and guidance for the person you are—and the person you’re becoming.
Every person has a different story.
We make room for yours.
At Samvedana, counselling begins with listening. Whether you’re navigating a career decision, supporting a child’s learning, or finding your way through a personal challenge, our approach starts with understanding what matters to you.
Together, we explore your strengths, make sense of challenges, and work towards practical, achievable next steps.
Different needs. A shared starting point.
Let’s find what feels right for you.
Discover your interests, recognise your strengths, and make more informed choices about study, work, and what comes next.
Patient, individualised learning support that meets a child where they are and builds foundational skills, one step at a time.
A guided space to share experiences, listen to others, and explore new perspectives through connection and conversation.
Understand the feelings and situations behind behaviour, and explore more helpful ways to respond to everyday challenges.
Navigate study pressures and school or college life with realistic goals, helpful routines, and a clearer plan for learning.
Make space for yourself. Explore emotions, relationships, self-confidence, and life changes in a supportive conversation.
Not sure which service fits? You don’t need to decide alone.
A child is more than a report card. An adult is more than a job title. Our focus is the whole person—their experiences, strengths, emotions, and hopes.
Begin with your needs, your context, and your comfort.
Break bigger challenges into manageable steps.
Include parents and caregivers where appropriate, with clear boundaries and shared goals.
You don’t need the perfect words or a complete plan.
We can start with what’s on your mind.
Share what brings you here. The first conversation is a chance to understand your concerns, ask questions, and talk about privacy.
Explore what support may fit your needs. Together, we agree on priorities and a realistic way forward.
Work on practical goals, reflect on what’s helping, and adjust the approach as your needs and circumstances change.
Here are a few things you might
be wondering before you begin.
No. You can begin with a question, a decision you’re unsure about, or a feeling you find difficult to put into words. The first conversation helps clarify what support you’re looking for.
Our services are designed around children, adolescents, students, adults, and families. The right approach depends on the person’s age, needs, and goals. Support for a child may also involve a parent or caregiver.
Tuition commonly focuses on current lessons or exam preparation. Remedial teaching focuses on underlying learning gaps, such as reading, writing, or number skills, using activities adapted to the learner’s pace and needs.
Privacy, consent, and the limits of confidentiality should be discussed before sessions begin. For children and group sessions, we also clarify what may be shared, with whom, and why. You are welcome to ask questions about this.
There is no single number that fits everyone. The frequency and number of sessions depend on your goals and the kind of support you need. These can be discussed at the start and reviewed together over time.
Bring your questions and anything you feel comfortable sharing. For learning or career support, relevant schoolwork, reports, or notes on your interests may be useful. You don’t need to prepare a detailed personal history.
You don’t need all the answers before reaching out. Email Prashanthi with a brief enquiry to discuss the support you’re looking for.
